Last week, I got my hands on one of the author’s other books in The Shift Series. As I highly enjoyed it, I decided to read another book in the same series, to see if the author quality is consistent.

Living In Grace: The Shift To Spiritual Perception (The Shift Series) is a Guide to Personal Practical Spirituality that is easy to read, and as the title implies, practical to implement, as it uses the proven Shift approach. This Shift Approach consists of 7 steps, which are well documented thought-out the book.

The book starts by teaching the reader that what we perceive to be true, can come true, and goes further into what in psychology is called rational thinking and the power of thought. Chapter two describes in detail how to use the Shift steps, and consists of the same steps as I learned in the author’s other book, but then applied to Living in Grace. I find it remarkable that the author has created a system that can be used to improve yourself with so much ease, and without needing to have extensive knowledge of traditional change theory or personality theory.

This book has various sections. Section two starts with chapter three and is about learning the actual shift to grace. Section one was a great read, and it almost reads like a popular science book that I could not put down.

Ready – Set – Shift! Really… the method detailed and explained in this resource can be implemented by anyone who is interested in living in grace and is willing to do a bit of reflecting on him or herself, as well as putting some effort in making the shift happen.

This resource acts as a work book and a study book at the same time. There is therefore just too much information outlined to put in this short review. What I can say is that every part of the book was designed with tremendous detail, in order to make the reader succeed. This is not just a cheap workbook in where you to the work with limited guidance, no, actually it is the other way around.

You have to do some work, but the guidance you are receiving from the author is quite comprehensive.

Just like the other book I read in The Shift Series, this is another good one, and if you are willing to take the advice from the knowledgeable author, you could be in for a remarkable and highly desired improvement of yourself. ( )
