Originally from Cannes, France, wellness and energy coach Edwige Gilbert is the founder of New Life Directions in New York. She is certified in qigong, yoga, neuro-linguistic programming, fitness and aerobics, hypnotherapy, and counseling for substance abuse and alcoholism. In addition to her work with health clubs, hospitals, substance abuse centers, and individuals, Gilbert has designed stress management programs for Citibank, Verizon, and other corporations.
