She is also a contributing editor to and fitness expert for Prevention magazine and stars in a series of Prevention "Fitness Systems" exercise DVDs, one of which is being developed in conjunction with this book. She hosts a weekly segment on the NBC affiliate morning show in Minneapolis, where she lives.
